Something like this would work better:

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($94.23 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($56.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($239.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($44.99 @ Mwave)

Get the FX-6350 it's slightly better than the FX-6300 for just a few dollars I think....

I was under the impression that the fx-6350 is the fx-6300 with a better stock cooler and a stock overclock but not positive.
