Solution
I'm guessing this drive's been around a while, it shows a touch over 2600 hours powered up.

You might want to keep an eye on "5 Reallocated Sector Count OK 100 100 24"

There have been 24 relocations in 2600+ hours of operation (equivalent to over 100 days of 24/7 operation), or roughly one every 100 hours of operation. Not a red flag but is worth watching closely. If it starts to rise dramatically then back up your data and replace the drive.

196 Reallocation Event Count OK 100 100 0 456261632 N.A.
