I have a Intel i5 4670K CPU.

I want to buy a good cooling system for it so I can try to overclock it.

What is the best CPU cooler? I really want one that will perform well. I don't mind either water or air cooling. My case is the NZXT Phantom which I think is a pretty decent case.
My motherboard is the MSI Z87-G45 GAMING if it matters.

According to the link you provided, the h100i blows that coolermaster thing out of the water, and it's in the top 3-5 for nearly everything. Lower temps vs ambient temp is best, not the other way around. The fan speed is a pointless statistic, and it isn't loud at all. If the noise gets to you after a while, you can upgrade to the SP120 fan series, like I did, and they're amazing - performance and quietness. The coolermaster thing is in the bottom 2...

I have the original NZXT Phantom, and I'm using the h100i. If you're also using the original phantom, the Kraken series is already ruled out. I've seen great reviews and numbers, but they operate on 140mm/280mm systems - the original phantom is 120/240mm.

The h100i is an excellent closed loop system, so once you've installed it properly, you're done. Also, it comes with some software that I really like - Corsair Link, that allows you to monitor your cooler and everything else, and adjust fan speed on the fly. I'd highly recommend it.

Hey, I'm a bit confused. I've taken a look and I can't understand where those 2 fans go that come with the cooler?
It says that the top fans of the NZXT Phantom are 200mm but the fans that come with the cooler are 120mm?

The big holes in the top of the case are 200mm for the 2 large 200mm fans. If you look closely, you can see screw holes in the top of the case between the fan openings. The screw holes are designed for 120mm fans. Also, the case is designed around 120mm fans (except the front fan that will fit a 140mm). Your best options are the h80i - it'll go in the back of the case, or the h100i and that's a better option that'll fit at the top of the case. The h100i is a 240mm radiatior - so you'll have 2 120mm fans next to each other. And so you know, the Phantom will work with push/pull for the h100i - you can fit fans on top of the radiator. Does that help?
