Hello. I'm trying to improve my CPU temperatures, both of my current one (i3-2100) and of my next one (probably an i5-4670). The problem is my current MotherBoard (Asus P8H61-MLE) has only 2 RAM slots, both used by two Kingston HyperX low profile.
Do you think the cooler's fan will leave enough room for my kingstons or will I need to mount the fan on the other side of the cooler in pull mode?
Would I get a good cooling performance with the fan in pull mode (at least better than my stock intel cooler)?
Finally, do you think 212 EVO is a good choice for an i5-4670 (no overclock)?

Thank You

as long as you're using low profile ram you're ok. a CM hyper 212 evo is also good with the i5-4670 but you need a Z87 chipset mobo for overclocking and better stability. putting the push is better airflow to push the air at the back of the case, so the exhaust can take it out.

I think that the 212 Evo fan is a very good high performance heatsink that is EASILY capable of cooling the i5-4670 with or without overclocking. No competition with the stock fan.

As for the spacing, the 212 evo is 120mm x 160mm x 80mm and will fit with your Intel 1155 socket motherboard :)

Good luck with your build!
