I have already installed
Seagate Pipeline HD 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST31000322CS) but it has fill up and I wanted to install another WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Internal Hard Drive and its SATA 6.0 Gbps Interface. And the previous one was SATA 3.0 Gbps Interface can this two be installed parallely or it will interfere ??

If your chipset is SATA III on the mobo, then the New HDD will run at SATA III speeds, regardless what the OLD HDD is, EXCEPT when file transfers between OLD>NEW. Then when file transfers the OLD HDD will bottleneck performance by the NEW HDD, again if the mobo is SATA III.

If your on a old system with SATA II then you are way overdue to replace the system, and you MAY run into some HDDs( Now commonly using 4K insterad of 512K formatting) which is incompatible with your BIOS.
