As stated above, need to know what processor you plan to use here. 9400gt is awfully slow. Todays integrated graphics is faster than that card.

You don't match a motherboard to fit a video card really, you need to add a lot more details here. Put in full details about the budget, why you want a new motherboard, why for that video card, what do you want to use the system for, what CPU do you have or are you buying a new one? Are you buying a full new system or just the motherboard? Your full component list as of right now, etc...

I agree that even an AMD apu's graphics would beat that, hell probably even haswell integrated graphics or the older hd4000. It's going to be playing stuff on 720p all low settings either way
