Accidentally deleted administrator account.

OH MY GOD!!!, I HAVE READ ALL YOUR FORUMS!! I STILL CAN'T FIND MY ANSWER!...
Please help me please, online solutions is my only choice.
because i think another account will slow down my PC. I have deleted the administrator account, "BUT" it just made me worst..
and if this prompt appears 'Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?' and in everytime it ask administrator's permission, the only choice is "NO".
i have done almost everything just to enable ADMIN again,
what must i do?? help me please... :??:

No idea what version of Windows this is, but normally NO you can't delete the Admin account, especially from a NON-Admin account. That said, if your current account has no Admin access (as your inferring) then your Windows is hosed and you need to reinstall Windows.

NOTE: We can not verify that this is a legitimate post, and any ADMIN ACCOUNT hacking techniques would violate the Tom's Hardware policy against that.
