Win 7 32-bit on Core 2 Q9550

Sounds goofy, but....I have a Q9550 desktop with GeForce 9800 GT graphics card. I have no use for it, it has limited sale potential. I do have a critical application that only runs on 32-bit OS. Would there be any problems installing Win7 32-bit on this platform?? I know the RAM limitations. I might add a 128 GB drive for OS.

You should be fine, but depending on the application, it might be easier to just run it in a virtual machine either on that machine or another. Then you wouldn't have to limit your RAM, or have a separate computer just for one application.

Thanks for the replies. I knew the fundamental 32-bit on 64-bit install was OK, I was mostly wondering if the 9800 GT or adding an SSD would cause any complications with 32-bit. Sounds like I'm good to go!
