Hello.
I have been experiencing seemingly random 'minidump' related bluescreens.
I'm using a legit copy of Windows 7.
This has been going on for months. I switched my motherboard and it still occurs.
I scanned for viruses with 4 different programs, didn't find anything.
Please help, for this is an extremely annoying issue and do not feel like spending extra money troubleshooting hardware before understanding that it is or is not a software issue.
Thank you for your time in advance.

My Desktop Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium
Intel i5-3570 Processor
Corsair XMS3 8GB RAM
Asrock Z77 Extreme 6 Mobo
Nvidia Galaxy Geforce GTX Soc 680 (Downclocked)

When you got bluescreens, the Random BSOD Mini Dumps will list the "Error" , "description" , " Bug check description" etc. can you list those thing?
One more thing can you list what is your PSU, like the model? I think myabe the PSU casue the BSOD because you need a good PSU to power up the gtx680.

I recommend to test the RAM too, MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/ Also update your chipset driver from intel website too, if you use the SSD also thinking update the BIOS too.
How long do you have the PSU? because based on the PSU tier list, it may have lower life span, but I think it is not the case, because your PSU is good enough even it is not the best.

I don't use SSD, but my drivers and chipset are all updated now.
My PSU is a little over a year old.
The RAM test passed with 0 errors.
I guess we will just have to play the waiting game and see if the blue screen comes back.

Did not get a bluescreen yet since the one mentioned above, but additional problems that surfaced include:
Windows completely freezing upon wake-up from sleep mode sometimes,
and sleep mode refusing to ask for a password, even when the option is set in the Power Settings.

I think that maybe the haswell compatible issue, because your PSU made before May 2013, which is the haswell released date. You go to the BIOS to disable C6/C7 states so that you will be fine. For more info you can google " haswell PSU compatible issue" .

I'm curious as to why the power supply would be the issue for these problems.
Also, please note my PSU is not Haswell, but rather NZXT.

Ah, I see what you're saying now, my apologies.
It's just weird to me because before I reinstalled Windows, it did ask me for a password on wakeup. It wasn't until after I reinstalled, that it started refusing.
It's no big deal, I guess.
