Hi all,
I have a wfi and the router or my wireless antenna for my desktop is picking up a radio station. Just in the background. Even when the computer is off...! The only way to stop it is to turn off my speakers. Which is not what i want to do.

My connect comes from my neighbor's Cox router (we split the atrocious bill) She plays on FB and I do things like post silly questions of forums. Like this one. Other then that local editing.

Solution
It is a common issue with the 3.5mm speaker wire. Computer speaker wire does a poor job in insulation

One solution is add insulation to the wire like use electrical tape and warp the wire in spiral.

If your speaker wire is replaceable, you can replace it with lower gauge like 16 gauge wire
