When I insert the disc in my CD-rom drive E:, the autorun does not launch the program or start the installation (a video editing program/"Cyberlink PowerDirector Ultra v11").
I have checked that the "Software and games" are set to "Install and run program from your media" via the "Autoplay" from "Start" menu.
I have also tried going direct to the CD via "Start" and "Computer" and then right-clicked on the "BD-ROM Drive E:". But it does not give me any options to view the disc so I cannot launch any "setup.exe" or "install.exe" file for the program.
When I right-click on the drive E: from my "Computer", it only has the following options:
"Open", "Open in new window", "Scan with Microsoft Security Essentials", "Share with", "Burn to disc", "Format", "Eject", "Copy", "Create shortcut" and "Properties".
If I select "Open", the disc only eject from the lap-top. Nothing happen.
It's strange that I cannot even browse and view the CD from E:
>>> What are the normal options that you should get when right-click the "BD-ROM Drive E:"?
I assume "Play" is one options that are missing here.
What can be the solution to this problem?
Do I need to reinstall the whole Windows 7 again or is it any other solutions?
Hope there are someone here who have a solution or any ideas of what to do.
