is this possible?

Solution
all data in memory is lost when powered off... so theres no caching... you can use a usb flash to cache, or maybe something else...

also you can disable the windows animation and use all cpu cores to boot faster (is set to 1 by default)

I will explain how if interested

a little to late here... theres that video about booting with all cores... you can also click on the "no GUI boot" box, it will disable the windows animation (1.5 seconds faster boot)... heh, but who really needs that anymation...
