oh yes, the first one has windows 8.1 if i had to chose one or the either, i would opt for the first. however, are these builds that you might buy, and they are already built, or are they not built or bought and you were thinking about building one? if it isnt bought yet, i would get the first, but alter it a little.

Personally, I would opt for the first build because both of those graphics card are essentially the same and not worth paying the extra £40 for the 770 IMO. The first build also has a higher PSU wattage which I would believe is better than the 650W. Apart from that, both builds look very good. The first build also comes with Windows 8.1.
