Voltage for FX-8320 AND Bluescreens

I finally figured out how to adjust voltage on my MSI board (used wrong +/- buttons) and now finally maybe have something to work with in terms of overclocking. I run my FX-8320 at 4.5 GHz, but always had voltage on auto, and saw that my voltage jumped around the 1.3 range, sometimes to 1.4 V. I can't seem to run it with a stable 4.5 GHz clock, because since I have over clocked it this far, it blue screens. I am not sure whether or not this is because of voltage. I have an MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) motherboard, which is not great and has the "old" BIOS with the blue background, but this is pretty much the best I can get for Micro-ATX. I am also running water cooled with my CPU and get good temps (20-30 C idle and 50 C max for load) and will run a fan on my VRM soon when I get the chance to switch another fan around, but of course the water cooler takes up 1 of the 2 fan slots and the CPU fan. I need to know why I am blue screening. The error is CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT, which I assume has something to do with the clock. This happens after I start a stress test. Everything locks up and then it blue screens. I need to get this sorted out and then find a good voltage. Thank you!
