Racing Wheel Driver Issues

I have a Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 wheel that is basically brand new and has worked perfectly since I bought it. However, I just recently re installed windows 7 on my pc and now it's completely dead. The computer picks it up in the devices list but cannot find drivers for it. I went to Thrustmaster's site and found the drivers page for this wheel but it's just a link to Microsoft's 360 controller software. Regardless, I tried it and it didn't work. The wheel worked perfectly before the re install so it obviously has to do with that. Appreciate any help or experience with similar issues.

I don't know much about your particular wheel or drivers in general but maybe it's a problem with your usb driver? Have you tried plugging in something else (like an xbox 360 controller) to see whether it's a problem with the wheel or the usb port?
