Computer will freeze, no bsod/error message, just completely lock freeze and i'm forced to restart my computer manually. I've noticed that it only happens when i use an internet browser. I've used IE, FF, and Chrome. It seems to happen faster with chrome. I've ran coretemp and gpu-z while running my browsers and my numbers are all normal. (cpu -30ºC, gpu -55ºC) I've ran anti-virus/malware/spyware (avast, malwarebytes, super anti-spyware), i've run ccleaner and adwcleaner and it nothing comes up.

Specs:
OS - Win 7 Professional
CPU - AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0 GHz
Mobo - Gigabyte ga-970a-ud3 rev 1.2 (version F7 BIOS)
GPU - XFX GeForce 9800 GT
RAM - Crosair VengeanceLP 8GB DDR3 1600
HDD - 500GB WD Black 7200rpm
PSU - HP585D 585W

Do you get a blue screen before it shuts Down?

Try checking if any part of Your pc is warm.

Also does it shut Down if you tweak With the Power cable (where it's plugged in Your pc) Probably unlikely, but I've had a bad Power cable causing the same problem

What is you motherboard revision and if it is rev 1.0/1.1 or 1.3 then what is your Bios version -> They started supporting the AMD FX-8350 4000MHz in Bios version F7. If you do not have it I would recomend upgrading to that version or better.

Now try a sfc /scannow in command prompt.

This might take a while.

I am going to go on a wimp here.

Let's try this option below i use it my self and it is free to use.

Advanced SystemCare 7
http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/advanced_systemcare.html

This should help clean up your system a little bit.I would recommend on doing a system restore point be for doing this.If you got important files that need protected.

No, but it definitely happens fastest with chrome. I've noticed that when i play LoL, it doesn't usually happen, but i've started playing WoW again and it happens after about 15-20mins.

Ok if you are still having issues.Lets start buy updating your graphics card driver.I am suspecting this could be a driver issue or hardware.

I would like to see what Bug codes are running. Please use the item be low.

BlueScreenViewhttp://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/bluescreenview.html

No need for install just download the folder and open it then double click on icon in the folder.

.If you do not think you have the latest driver please use link be low.The latest driver is 337.88.

Nvidia http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

When it asks you to do a clean install please do a clean install just watch for it in the custom section.

Then after that is done test this and see if it stops freezing.

By the way is this a custom built system or is it a company like dell or hp.

Ok, it started freezing a lot yesterday and today, first time was when i was playing WoW and watching twitch.

I think it may be twitch causing my crashes, because i was monitoring all my temps (gpu/cpu/case) and everything was fine, nothing crazy and i was on the internet for a good hour with nothing going wrong, but i go to twitch and 30 seconds in, boom freeze.

Ok, so i ended up reformatting my hard drive, thinking it would work, didnt. So, i decided to run memtest again. Let it do 4 passes, and it was showing errors during test 7 each pass.
