What is the absolutely best gamin/video recording machine I can build with 1000-1500 meybe even 2000 but want to save all that

What is the absolutely best gamin/video recording machine I can build for $500-1000 or meybe 1500 I want it to be i7 but open for changes. Thanks would like to record gaming too.

$500 isn't going to get you an I7 period.

And the difference between $500 and $2000 for a build is huge.

32 gigabytes. Unless you plan on doing 3d work, you don't need that much RAM. 8gb if plenty for gaming.

i think that if this rig if for gaming, an i7 is pointless. You will get the same performance with the i5, and only benefit when using applications that utilize hyperthreading.
