My 1TB seagate HDD suddenly stopped working.
I used SATA to usb adapter, to retrieve data but the hd didnt show up in explorer.
The HD was visible in Disk Management, however it showed a yellow sign. I also checked the HD properties wherein everything(volumes, capacity, Used) showed 0.
PLZ help me how can i retrieve my data ?

It sounds like your hard drive has got some problems. For your stored data, you’d better immediately apply a data recovery tool to scan it deeply and see whether all your wanted data is recoverable, like:
freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/03/external-hard-drive-recover.html
But, if data recovery software also cannot rescue your data, you’d better send it to a professional data recovery company soon.
Next time, you should learn a lesson to save all important data on different drives or locations
