Overclocking the Evga SC Titan Black

How much overclock can I expect on an already factory overclocked titan black (signature superclocked series from evga but not the hydro version) if I install the ACX cooler evga offers for the titan cards, what kind of improvement can I expect as far as overclocking the already overclocked card?

I am aware then stock coolers are better for small cases do to exhaust out the back but this case is specifically designed so that the gpu is on the very bottom less than an inch from the bottom part (or floor) of the case and the bottom part is completely vented and the case itself is lifted so it’s perfect for aftermarket cooled type cards since the fans are sucking in and out pretty much an inch from the vents and don’t throw any air back into the case.

This is how it looks from the bottom, only this picture shows an AMD card installed.

So what type of OC do you guys recommend? Any specific numbers?
Also it would be nice to hear your opinions on the ACX cooler, is it that much better than the stock titan blower?

I also bought a titan black backplate and even though it says it can lower the temps by 3 degrees, I really just got it because it looked cool but the plate plus the acx fans and the video card position should get the card decently cooled for some safe but effective overclocks, shouldn’t it?

That's a valid question, the thing is I own a 4k monitor and this rig, while being used for multipurpose tasks (wife stuff, storing family albums, htpc, maybe video editing in premiere once a year if im not lazy, etc.) it's actually pretty much a gaming rig and I want to game at 4k while at the same time do it on this case that I really like and it only fits one full sized video card.

If you've seen any benchmarks out there, 4k gaming in a single gpu, even the titan black, vary from game to game, you can get some incredible results such as 70+ fps at 4k with everything on ultra in games like skyrim, while in games like crysis 3 you get less than 30, more than 20 is actually descent in that game. Even some high end SLI setups get 30 fps max.

I simply want to squeeze every single FPS I can from this card without going too far as to damaging it.

Gotcha, when you overclock a VC go up 25MHz to start with(Including voltage, go up 5 every other 25MHz). Then when you think it can't 25 anymore, then go down to 10MHz with every other 5 voltage.
You use EVGA Precision?

Thanks man, my concern is I read the black has a locked voltage so I'm not sure how much that will affect me, I wanted to see if somebody who owns the card has had any significant success with oc.
