It'll work nice. Minecraft should get ~100 FPS and Day-Z and other Arma games would run at ~40-60 frame rates. My two cents.

If he was to buy the GTX 770 he might also have to change the PSU to some 600 W or 650 W so it will probably add to the price too.

Nope the that PSU will work with the GTX 770 however he wont be able to SLI, either way he wont be able to SLI the GTX 760 with the PSU.

Well, if you know for a fact from personal experience then no problem. All I know is nVidia recommends a minimum 600W PSU and I would rather be on the safe side.

yes thats great but you only need that much video ram if your using more than one monitor, if ur not then u should save money and get a 2gb GTX 770. and also you forgot the case.
