I am looking for a budget gaming build list

Here are the guidelines

Budget is $300-450
AMD is preferred
8GB ram
Needs to run modern and future games within medium-high settings.

I am also looking for a good system that is easy to upgrade and future-proof

Solution
This is the fastest build I could make, for that budget, while maintaining high-quality components.

You can upgrade it's processor to maybe an i3 or an i5 later on, and a more powerful graphics card, such as R7 260X, or better. It'll be compatible, but you won't be able to overclock CPU on it.

When I saw that the processor was Pentium I was unsure if this was ok?

Thanks and is there any cheaper alternative or is this the lowest you would go?

This is the lowest I could go for optimal gaming performance.
