Will the GeForce 337.50 Driver be useful to a GTX 560?

i have a GTX 560 and i was wondering if the 337.50 (beta) drivers boost the 500 Series of cards for Nivdia becuase the release notes only talk about the 700 series

It is possible, but like previous generations of cards, it is not likely to be much of a difference. your best bet would be to do a benchmark before updating, and repeat the benchmark afterwards. I know I have a single gtx 780 and there wasnt much of a change. the driver focused mainly on sli scaling
