CPU-Z showing wrong Timings?

So my RAM is supposed to be running with the timings 10-10-10-27 but when I open up CPU-Z to check the timings it is claiming that it is running with the timings 4-5-5-15 which shouldn't even be possible cause wouldn't I be BSODing and what not?

In my Bios Settings I had it load the XMP Profile but CPU-Z still claimed 4-5-5-15 and even when I changed it to manual and set it to 10-10-10-27, it still said 4-5-5-15. This only happens if I am using 1 RAM stick instead of both.

When I use both sticks, CPU-Z says that it is 10-10-10-27.

Should I Ignore the fact that CPU-Z is giving me a timing that shouldn't even work with my RAM? Or should I be concerned?

The SPD tab was the manufactorer's recommended timings and the Memory tab is what it is actually running at right? SPD tab is 10-10-10-27, the Memory tab is saying 4-5-5-15 which is freaking me out. my DRAM is Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10

and the version of CPU-Z that I'm using is ver 1.69.0. x64
Or should I just ignore it as I've contacted Corsair for an RMA as the other stick of RAM is causing my computer to crash?

Yeah, I've reinstalled CPU-Z and updated my bios earlier today but it still says the weird timings, guess I'll just have to wait for the replacement RAM

So after testing my computer with my friend's RAM, my computer is still crashing. What could be the component that is causing my computer to crash? Could it be my mobo that is causing these issues? Ive also noted that with 1 stick of RAM the computer has monitor loss/audio loop (seems like a system freeze/gfx and cpu fans still spinning) but with two RAM sticks my computer crashes (all parts turn off)

Well...I did some final troubleshooting on my computer to try to figure out what might be the bad part. I took out one stick of RAM again, startd up the computer and looked into CPU-Z. My friend's RAM timing is 9-9-9-24 and thats what it reads when two sticks are in (just like with my own RAM, it reads 10-10-10-27 when both are in) but in CPU-Z....it once again said the timings were 4-5-5-15. At this point I think thats the RAM timings of the devil. Also, by my knowledge, RAM timings are not affected by the CPU right? There is no way for the CPU itself to change timings right? All of that stuff is set by the BIOS..right?

The thing is...I have another program called Speccy, which is just another one of those hardwore monitors and even that is telling me that the RAM timing is 4-5-5-15. Both Speccy AND CPU-Z have to be pulling the timings/info from the mobo right? And from what it seems like, wherever they're pulling the data from is wrong. Which is why I'm suspecting causing my computer crashes as well. There seems to be something terribly wrong, thats for sure. Also, while Im at it, I might as well reintroduce the other problem that Ive been having as this question was asked to try and troubleshoot the other one. My computer is crashing, at first I thought it was the RAMbut after all the testing, Its basically been confirmed that it isnt. Ive tested my computer with my friend's RAM and it still has the same crashing problem. During all of this, there is the mentioned problem of CPU-Z not showing the right timings, but now A DIFFERENT software is also showing the exact same timings as CPU-Z. I think Im getting closer and closer to finding the source of the problem.

The 4-5-5-15 timings is when I test each RAM individually. Im seriously starting to think that this is not simply a software error but a problem with my mobo itself. Also, in case you missed it I added a lot to my last answer about my entire problem, not just the cpu-z one

What do you mean by have I tried the mobo maker? And I've already suspected that perhaps there was something wrong with the bios so I had already updated it. Just yesterday, infact. Made no difference

Hmm...In all honestly I think the mobo has gone bad. Ive been using it for the past two years. And asking my mobo manufacterer about the incorrect cpu-z timings doesnt account for my computer crashing
