Should I buy a Console or a PC ?

Hi everyone, I live in India and I have a Budget of 80,000 Indian Rupee, assuming 1 USD = 60 Indian Rupee I have a Total Budget of $1333 USD . In that money, I can get some Decent PC upgrade however I've seen this that PC get's out dated every 2 - 3 Years where as Console stands for atleast 6 or 7 Years until new Gen Console comes out .

So I was thinking to get a Console instead of a PC for 2 reasons . 1st that It will not outdate soon . 2nd Its Half of the Price of the PC only 40,000 Indian Rupee or 666 USD's here .

I'm thinking to get a PS4 because XBone checks Internet Connection every 24hours which is a Minus point due to ISP in India .

If I get a Console, I would still have Half of my Total Budget in which I can get PC upgrades like Processor, Ram and HDD ect .

So it worth Getting a Console over a 1300 USD's PC ? I know that I cannot get Good Graphics as well as Modding but I would still have a PC to play those Game which are not available for Console or those I desire .

Pc's only get outdated in 2-3 years if you always want to run the most current games maxed out.
A console will run games on low settings for 6-7 years.

With you budget you could get a descent pc that will outlast a console.

Think of it this way,
Do you want a box to play 60$ games,
Or a box that plays 20$-40$ games and can do homework, surf the internet, and many other things.

From a practical use standpoint, the pc walks over the consoles

Thanks :) I'll get PC Upgrades then :p Well please do me a Last Favor . Please suggest me PC parts in 65,00 Indian Rupee or 1100 USD's . Please suggest parts with Price from the Websites listed Below because Most of the Parts are Expensive in India .

yes I support getting a pc, but not by that reasoning. That assumes that he is getting EITHER a pc or a console, but he already has a pc to go on the internet and do homework. This is strictly 80K in upgrades vs 40K for a console and 40K for upgrades.

I still think 80K is better used in upgrades because with 80K worth of equipment you can get some serious stuff that will make it last as long as the consoles and get the most out of games because they are high quality vs low quality consoles.
