RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 8GB DDR3 2133 MHZ
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 760 2GB x2
PSU:?????

Storage:

Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM x2

Since it fits my budget, would a corsair AX860i pull enough watts?

a b ) Power supply

Despite your budget, I do think that Power Supply is a little overpriced. Others may disagree.

For example, the Corsair HX850 is $150:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-hx850

For future reference, the quick rule of thumb is how many 6/8-pin connectors the power supply has.

After that, there are two other choices for an OPTIMAL power supply:

1) Is Total Power while gaming below 60%? (to minimize PSU fan noise)

2) Is it a QUALITY build.

3) Is it Full, Semi-modular, or Non-modular? (what wires are permanently attached. I prefer Semi-modular since we always need the main wires attached anyway)

Other (assuming you haven't bought anything yet):
- I noticed you had a RAID0 drive setup going on. I've had lots of issues with RAID0 in the past so I don't use it anymore. I'm curious how you intend to use it, and can discuss if interested by PM.

- I recommend a single GTX780 instead. The 2xGTX760 will score higher in benchmarks but there are other factors such as potential SLI stutter, and near-future games requiring more than 2GB of VRAM at this performance level (2x2GB is still 2GB as it's cloned).

- I prefer a solid Noctua air cooler (PWM fan model). Mine is completely silent in normal operation and barely audible when converting video. It's more silent than any liquid cooler since they also have a PUMP. I have an i7-3770K @ 4.2GHz.

- I couldn't tell if you had 1x8GB or 2x4GB. I recommend two sticks (2x4GB).

Thanks for the reply, I am actually running a RAID1 setup, for a good backup, and I am running a 2x4 gb ram kit.

I will think about the single 780, what brand should I get?

Also, would it really be that bad to get the 2x 760's?

Thanks :)
