Comparing 2 computer

Solution
Based on the specs, the Intel i5-4670K version is far better.

For gaming, there are two main components to compare here, the CPU and the Graphics card. Since the R7-250 is basically a rebadged HD7750 they would be the same performance.

If/when you add a better graphics card the weaker FX-6300 would become even more of a bottleneck, but let's give you at least one benchmark:

Just use the i5-3570K instead here.

In two of the three games here the FX-6300 is holding things back. Again, that's with a better graphics card, but the bottom line is MOST games won't run as well with this CPU.

The only reason i am having issues with the choice is the intel on all sites out preforms other than overclocking but the video cards i cant get a straight answer which would be better. I was leaning to the i5 because what i am seeing there is more of a preformance difference between the i5 and fx 6300 than the 7750 and r7 250

*So get the INTEL setup, then drop in a better graphics card sometime in the future, though if you do you may need a better power supply.

This compares the CPUs:

Refer to the benchmarks section for the true performance comparision although the Core i5 of the "CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme GXi1000W" is at a lower Clock and has less cores the Core i5 architecture is much more powerful and is much more power efficient beating the AMD AMD FX 6300 of the "CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Ultra GUA2000W". Better benchmark resuls means better gaming performance.
Apart for the CPU the GPUs are stated to be different at one instant and same at another, If the "CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme GXi1000W" has a HD 7750 as stated and the "CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Ultra GUA2000W" has a r7 250 as stated then the 7750 HD's performance is better:

The rest of the specs are pretty much about the same so the
CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme GXi1000W wins with leads in CPU and GPU performance.

WRONG.
Your own link showed both cards getting the exact same total score of 6.1. The tests varied only slightly and some where higher on the HD7750 and some were higher on the R7-250 partly due to margin of error but also a very small difference in design but it is simply negligible.

Any other differences come down to the manufacturer who made the card, for example there are basic versions and ones with good Asus coolers.

Not only that, but the link gave the R7-250 the thumbs up over the HD7750 for some reason and you said the HD7750 was marginally better. No big deal really though.
