does your PC have a display (Signal at all?) when one GPU is connected only?

It could be one thing, if not many so it is best we narrow it down to there the cause really is before replacing begins, well continues.

could you run through on what happens when you boot with one GPU (sounds, abnormal activity ect..)? That'll be of help.

Nothing happens at all, and I've got only 1 GPU!
and it's connected by 1 DVI cable.

sounds like a faulty motherboard, does the motherboard have any light indicators to indicate power?

there isn't one unless your PC boots.

A motherboard light indicator doesn't mean it's working, just that power is getting to it. A GPU will cause no display but what are the odds that both don't work? It is just indicating that the issue is the motherboard.
