See if there is a newer printer driver on the HP support site. Remove existing printer driver before installing new one, and re-install printer (with new driver) as if you were installing it for the first time (consult the setup instructions).

For other countries, first click the link at bottom-left of page where it says "United Kingdom".

Even if a newer driver isn't available, re-installing existing driver version may fix the problem.
