Contact the manufacturer if it's still under warranty as it's a repair job which requires the laptop to be opened up and a degree of disassembly is required, plus of course it will be repaired free of charge.
If warranty has expired, take it to a PC repair shop but ask for an estimate before they actually go ahead with repair (to avoid a nasty shock with an expensive bill you weren't expecting).
