Urgent! need suggestion!

I want to change my desktop pc's configuration. I shall have to use softwares like dreamweaver, photoshop, eclipse IDE.
So can anyone suggest me a good processor, RAM, motherboard as I am planning to change these components from my old one.
My budget would be INR10000-INR13000.

When you have a little more money, you can buy a cooler and overclock that CPU to 4.5/5Ghz for quite a bit of extra kick. Feel free to search around for an FX-4XXX chip for a lower price as with overclocking you will be able to bring it up to 4Ghz anyway. I just am a lil ignorant of Indian PC shops.

Without knowing what you have NOW, it's impossible to say what you can UPGRADE to since we have no idea if a part is an upgrade or not to what you have now.
