Need the best gaming build for $700

Hey guys I need the best gaming build you can possibly build for $700 it needs to include at least a 500gb 7200 rpm hdd, 8gb ddr3-1600, as best a graphics card you can get, mo-bo doesn't matter if its mini atx or full. I would preferably like to be able to play battle field 4 on at least high, pretty much i want the best i can get for the money... Please help and post you pcpart list as a response.

Hey thanks for a quick response, I forgot to add that an operating system is not important in the build neither is a monitor or a mouse or key board but I do need a wifi card unless the board has it built in.
 


Then you can switch out the processor and motherboard for an i5 4570 ($160) and an ASUS H81M-PLUS ($70) and pick up a wifi card like this
