Dirt3 for steam download for offline computer

I am havin Steam key for dirt3 , . . But i dont have internet at home . . .i can download dirt3 from friend . . . How can i get legit dirt 3 to play . . . . Can i copy or backup steam games to play on my own pc

I mean can i move steam games from one computer to other without downloading the game twice...

You're going to need to connect to steam at least once through the internet to validate the key and enter it. You can though, move the steam game from one computer to the other, just make sure it makes it in the proper folder and you make sure steam finds where the file is.
