So I didn't had this problem until recently. I used this PC for about 6 months now. When my GPU reaches around 60C it just freezes and it kicks me back to the desktop. I tried installing new drivers but it didn't work, I cleaned the heat sink but it also didn't work. I believe 60C is a normal temperature and that it shouldn't freeze. The card is not OCed and everything is running on default.

My PC specs:
i5 4670k @4.2 GHz
Thermaltake smart SE 730W
8 Gb patriot 1600MhZ memory
Gigabyte Z87X UD3H
System is nicely cooled and airflowed

Is it ALL games, or just some games?
What temps are your VRMs running at? Also how much vRAM is your game loading? You can check all this with GPUz.

Its in all games when temperature reaches 66C . I play mostly LoL and after an hour I reach that temp but its also in Crysis 2, Bf3. I can't seem to find the VRM temps in GPUz.

Click on the sensors tab in GPUz and then scroll down 2 lines with the scroll bar on the right (the latest version 0.7.8 allows you to resize the sensors window so you can see all the data at once). You can also check your vRAM consumption here. Start GPUz BEFORE launching your game, click sensors, and then once the game is launched either alt-tab out of the game and check the data (you can hover over the red bars) or use the logging function (open with Notepad).
Post your results here.
