Unknown Device not recognized -8.1 laptop

when look in the device manager i get this:

and PCI Device above this to unknown device ( i took this photo from google)

when i try to delete it back after restart or Scan hardware change

please help

Hi Lcx2 ,
You are missing some drivers
check to see in device manager exactly what drivers you do have installed , i cant tell from that image , it only says other devices ,
The drivers you need will be in this list ,
if there appears to be a driver in this list you do not have it could be that , make sure to get the windows 8.1 drivers

ok thank this solved! but i can not install camera drive , when i try install the driver i got this massage in the end : " no appropiate driver to be install " and when i try to get to the camera app its request to Connect camera

camera is not essential if you dont have or want it , it will not affect system operation

are you missing any drivers for it in device manager ? , do you have a drivers disc that came with your lenovo
