core i7 3770 non-k has turbo boost capability. core i7 3770 is compatible with z77, h77, b75 chipset motherboards as well as older h61, p67, z68, h67 etc motherboards (bios dependent). all those motherboard allow turbo boost.

i should mention, in case, that core i7 3770 is based on older ivy bridge architecture. intel is launching new core i7 4790 cpu based on the refresh of the latest haswell architecture, very soon. as in within the next few weeks. with non-k cpus, you might want to get as much clockrate and ipc as...
do you mean turbo boost? here's intel's info on it
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/turbo-boost/turbo-boost-technology.html?wapkw=turbo+boost

http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-029908.htm?wapkw=turbo+boost

turboo boost is available mostly for intel's core i5 processors and higher cpus. core i3, pentium and celeron cpus don't have turbo boost enabled.

basically, it's an auto overclocking feature. motherboards don't have anything to do with turbo boost as the turbo-related hardware is inside the cpu. however, motherboard bios or software may limit how high the cpu can turbo.

Many thanks! I'm looking to buy an i7 3770
Will all motherboards, that the i7 3770 fit into, allow the intel boost function? Or do I need to look for motherboards that are compatable with Intel boost?

those chipsets and motherboards with those chipsets are not compatible with core i7 3770.
