Will a 250W power supply be enough for this graphics card?

I'm putting a new graphics card in this: (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02577531&tmp_task=prodinfoCategory&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=4212005)
computer and was wanting to know if I needed a new psu.
The current psu is 250W and the graphics card specifiactions say it only uses up to 75W power.

I don't think it will need a new psu, what do you guys (and girls) think?

I'm also adding an AMD Phenom II X4 925 processor. That won't take any extra power than the current processor does, will it?

Thanks :)

Solution
You will need a new one.

The problem with HP PSUs is that they do not actually provide the wattage stated on the label.
Besides. 250w is EXTREMELY little for a modern PC, your CPU alone uses near 100W.
