Help no display

-Right I'm no good with computers so be simple

Every time I turn my pc on it turns on fine everything runs fine, however nothing appears on the screen, no sound, no picture nothing

I usually use a hdmi cable that plugs into the tv and nothing happens,

It used to work fine before but now nothing and there is no way of accessing things

You say your PC runs fine, however nothing appears on the screen. So you don't even see the bios screen? If you do not see your bios screen when it should post. It could mean PSU is "dead". I have had that problem, then the fans and everything would start up but the computer would never post the bios even. After changing out the PSU, my computer booted up like it should. But if you see bios and even windows loading, and then everything goes blanc then It could be something completely different.

hmm have you ever herd the sound coming at start up when it was working ? if you have the i would suggest you try using the other connections whith a monitor or removing the battery within the pc and waiting for 1 min when its out and then starting it and when you hear the fans go turn it of and put the battery back in
