How can I get a constant FPS count on my games?

I want to make it so that I have a little counter in the top right of all my games letting me know the FPS but how can I get one?

Yes, you can download Fraps, which ONLY shows the FPS number in the corner of the screen you specify. OR, you can get RivaTuner, which can show your FPS, GPU Usage, GPU Clock, GPU Temp, and much much more. If you have an Nvidia graphics card, just install EVGA precisionX and it'll automatically install RivaTuner. Then just go into the settings on EVGA Precision X and tell it what you want it to show on your screen.
