When i right click and go to advanced settings i found Intel Hd Graphics Family

Yes you can run both of these games at high quality but as for the heavy games like nfs 2012 mw,tomb raider,starcraft 2,red alert3,company of heros 1,2 etc.....you should get a gaming laptop or desktop for a good but if you wanna play...

You have this video card:

You also have integrated graphics through the Intel processor.

Neither one is good for gaming. You shouldn't expect great performance with games outside of MMORPGs on low settings, HTML5-based games or flash-based games.

If you're trying to play nfs, crank down all details and turn off AA if you haven't already. Even at that, you should expect some pretty low performance.

You Have INTEL HD 3000 Which Is Very Poor For Gaming.
Please Check If Your GPU Is Set To HD HD 7450
And I Think You Can Run NFS MW 2012 Without Any Problems As You Have Intel Core i5 With 4 GB Ram And HD 7450 Will Do.
