Laptops are not for gaming that much . you really cant maxout intensive games ( Metro LL , Crysis 3 ) on laptops & expect to get constant 60 fps ( EVEN if its a GAMING Laptop )

but a strong gaming laptop can give you good FPS at high settings ( regular gamers will enjoy it ) . laptops are good for Lan parties & regular home use or office use & the fact that its portable is cool too but if your a hardcore gamer then NEVER EVER get a laptop . just go on with your PC & Upgrade the parts if your not satisfied with your current gaming performance .

good luck ;)

Your PC is already better than the laptop. I have a laptop and PC, the laptop with similar specs to yours. I don't find the problem is with running the games but it is with overheating. 86°C+ regularly :(

Stick with upgrading the PC :)
