i plan on overclocking my CPU to atleast 4.2 ghz

what can i do to save money aswell?

i require at least a 120gb ssd because i do lots of fraps recording, and my current 7200 rpm hitachi hdd is lagging like hell
http://youtu.be/WyYuwfeBSWg (this video is a recording that i did recently, dont mind the talking i was on skype with my friends)

see i cant record smoothly without a crap ton of freeze ups

my current build is to the left

oh and i am a bit of an AMD fan boy

Not sure about performance on that PNY, Samsung's 840 EVO is my standby for new builds - reliable, zippy and cheap compared to others in it's class (looks like the 120GB is $79). It's more expensive than the PNY but I have used more than 50 of those over the last year and have yet to have one of them have issues.

In terms of the other parts, AMD's GPUs are usually good bang for your buck but I personally don't like the catalyst drivers anymore after having issues with several build for work. If you like them, don't feel like you have to jump ship - I am a fan of the the Nvidia 770s and the 4GB overclocked models would be beneficial for fraps. I know a budget is a budget, but if you have the coin available and are willing to change vendors I think you'll appreciate the performance differences. I am using this one and it's destroyed everything I throw at it no matter the task:

At that resolution you could go with like a Radeon 265 or Nvidia GTX 660 which run in the 170-190 dollar range

In fact the GTX 660 and radeon 7850/265 cards are the sweetspots for high demand gaming cards for up to 1920x1080 Most monitors 60fps is all you need the game to run to get very good performance, I personally think a GTX 670 or Radeon 280X would be overkill for that 1680x1050 resolution.
