Microsoft Outlook Vs Outlook Express

Solution
Outlook express is simply a program that is installed on your computer that accesses Microsoft outlook. It's very outdated, I recommend you to download Windows Live as it is newer but does the same job. That is if your operating system is Windows XP or newer.

EDIT: game junky is right I was confusing Microsoft outlook with the browser version.

Microsoft Outlook is a part of the Office Suite, Outlook Express was bundled with Windows as freeware for Win XP. In terms of which is a better email client, definitely the full version of Outlook. Express will get you by if you don't want to buy Office, but it's less than ideal for day to day email usage.

Actually I'm the type of person that doesn't care to keep upgrading if I don't have to. I am currently using the Outlook Express program on a Windows XP Professional OS but since there is no support for Windows XP anymore I am planning on upgrading to Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit OS. I saw somewhere that Outlook Express doesn't work with Windows 7 so I was hoping you would of said Microsoft Outlook was better than Outlook Express. I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 so I guess I can use the Microsoft Outlook program when I finally install Windows 7 Ultimate OS unless like you said "Eduello" just install Windows Live for the Windows 7 Ultimate OS. So my question is -----> Should I use Microsoft Outlook 2010 or Windows Live for Windows 7 Ultimate?

I'd say you should use Live since it's free.
