Your PSU will definitely handle it and the CPU will not bottleneck it. So go for it.

The CPU will probably bottleneck it some, but still it is a solid upgrade over that 210, and can be reused when you upgrade to a better system.

I am actually thinking about my motherboard. Will my motherboard survive the GPU?
My motherboard is ASUS P5G41T-MLX3: Specifications CENT
I am also thinking about R7 265.
Which will be better, ASUS GRAPHIC CARD ASUS GTX 750TI PH vs ASUS GRAPHIC CARD ASUS GTX 750TI OC vs GRAPHIC CARD SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R7 265? All are 2GB.

Your motherboard will be OK. And a with a R7 265 you'll still only need 450W so your 550W PSU should be fine.

There's not much difference in performance between the R7 265 and GTX750Ti. See: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2077544/limited-...

No, R7 265 has 5-10 FPS incrase. I was asking about heat creation. What is R7 265 max temparature? And is NVIDIA's PhysX, cosiderable?
And also my Motherboard support DirectX 10.1, will I be able to run Directx 11.2 with that gpu or just get 10.1? Need help please.

The motherboard doesn't dictate what version of DX you can run, unless you are using the integrated graphics on the board. The DX version of the GPU you are using dictates what version of DX you can run. The GTX 750ti produces less heat, as it uses far less power.

I am talking about ASUS version. It is rated 150W with 1 6-pin power input. Though reaches only 60-65 degrees.
So, overall I can get that gpu without wooring?

As long as your case has proper airflow, you should be fine.
