It should be fine. The CPU is the weak spot here. For streaming the most important thing is your internet speed. 6 Mb/s up should be alright as long as it is a stable 6 Mb/s up.

There's no point in getting a CPU with integrated graphics if you have a discrete GPU.

Yeah he messed up. You should ever combine an APU with a dedicated GPU. You should have gone with an fx-6300. The CPU you have is designed for a system with no GPU. Something like a low end office build or an HTPC is what that CPU is meant for. It will still work decent in your situation, but just isn't ideal for a gaming/ streaming computer.
