I've done quite a bit of research and I've figured out that the EVGA GTX 770 SC was the consensus for the best card around, but the problem I'm facing is that it's currently being sold for £260 pretty much everywhere. So, I was wondering, is it worth the money when the other brands are much cheaper? I'll list the prices.
EVGA GTX 770 SC 4GB : £260 (The 4gb is the same as the 2gb)
ASUS GTX 770 DirectCU II : £258
Gigabyte GTX 770 OC : £245
Palit GTX 770 Jetstream : £240
MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr : £240

Is the £20 more worth it?

There are two versions of the NVidia GEFORCE GTX 770, one is the 2 GB VRAM version and the other is the 4 GB VRAM VERSION. If you decide to take the 4 Gb v. then it would help you more in heavily modded games like skyrim, minecraft etc. (Depends if you have internet access) also in higher resolutions. SUPERCLOCKED states that the gpu is naturally factory OCed in terms of voltages and core and memory clock with the end result of even smoother gameplay.

My choice would be to go for the Gigabyte version. But if you don't mind shelling out a bit more the EVGA is the better choice.

In some states or countries either company gives a longer period of warranty which signify the length and quality of the parts longitude. The SUPERCLOCKED version has a few voltage tweaks giving more power to the card rather than just core and mem clock.

Also a friend of mine has a GTX 560 ti SUPERCLOCKED from msi with a third gen i5 and is playing latest games all on ultra except Crysis 3.

All those cards are within 1-2FPS between each other which makes them play all the same games at the same settings. I would go with the cheapest based on that and it can easily match the others on OC. If you look at the OC results you see it go to EVGA but it is the one with ACX cooler http://www.anandtech.com/show/7392/the-geforce-gtx-770-roundup-evga-gigabyte-and-msi-compared/7

Gigabyte is the best one since it has the best cooling, low noise and a very good overclocking potential but the only complaint about it is its size (it may not fit in all cases) unless you plan on gaming on higher than 1080p then get the 4GB EVGA

It depends if you want to OC your GPU. If you don't mind overclocking your GPU then go for the gigabyte one, you could manually OC it and tweak.

However like rolli said the EVGA one is still only a couple frames ahead.

It is really a matter of how much money you are going to spend. I personally would get the cheapest and my preference on Nvidia GUP's is between EVGA, MSI and Asus. So in this case I would go with the MSI being cheapest and all of them are respectable brands and will play the same games on the same settings.
