When I go to print, the print dialog box comes up with a screen shot of the sign-on screen for my Outlook e-mail; it doesn't show me options to print anymore. I didn't change settings, etc. What can I do to get the print dialog box back?

When the email sign-in prompt appears, delete the password asterisks and replace with your email password.
Tick "Remember password" then click 'OK'. The prompt box should then disappear.

It's a common issue with some email services (especially BT Email in the UK).

Hi. Thanks for your response. Now I'm getting "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later."

Is email actually working? If not, make sure you can sign on to your email using the web page for it. Check with your email service provider for Outlook setup options, and go into Outlook and check those. Make sure you check both outbound and inbound server settings. Those may have changed or your account was hacked and your password changed, or it's not working for some other reason.
