Sometimes when I log in in the mornings or even during the day I cannot get on says my Dlink isn't running may be busy etc... With a little fiddling I can get it to come on by shutting down computer a couple of times going into networking on computer etc... now would it hurt if I reloaded the D Link disc and redid everything or would I really screw things up. Should I get in touch with Exculink or is it the D Link modem I bought brand new... thanks
