Hi, I have the intention of building a pc and I was wondering if these parts are compatable:

Intel Core i5 4670K Quad Core Retail CPU
Asus Z87-Plus Motherboard
Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti Graphics Card
HyperX 8 GB 1600 MHz RAM
WD 1TB Desktop SATA Hard Drive
Samsung 24x Retail SATA DVD Writer
Corsair Builder Series CXM 500W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX/EPS PSU
Zalman Z11 Plus

Solution
Your pc parts are fully compatible.
You sure to use a mid-end graphic card like 750 ti ?
I mean you can go higher with that CPU & PSU. Amd R9 270x or Nvidia GTX 760 will be much better. But if you are on tight budget 750 ti will do fine.

EDIT : Get this psu instead XFX Core Edition PRO 550W 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply.
Though not modular but still better and cheaper than the one you listed and provides more current @+12V rail for better upgrading support in future.

Solution
For the same price you can get MUCH better gaming performance, and save enough money to get a good CPU cooler to be able to overclock.
