The only thing you can do is make one a dedicated PhysX card. Some computational programs can utilize multiple cards without the need for SLI as well. Though those are typically done on professional cards.
Do you have the two cards already? If your mobo doesn't support SLI I doubt you'll be able to use both cards. If that's the case, I'd look into another motherboard and make sure your PSU is at least 700 watts from a reputable company.
Well you could maybe plug in the other one as a dedicated PhysX card, but that would be a waste of money. Get a SLI motherboard if you really want to use these cards to the fullest.

One thing that doesn't require SLI but can do from performance boost with 2 cards is cryptocurrency mining.
However, 2 760's would be too weak compared to mining pools.
