Bad anti aliasing even on highest AA settings in game and CCC?

This is the screenshot of shift 2

I am using full settings of shift 2 with the highest setting of AA in the game too+i tried all filters in CCC and din work. i have a radeon 7850 btw.as u can see the rims of the zonda,the speedometer outlining and the spoiler have jaggy edges there.resolution on highest 1920x1080 on 60HZ

I have exactly the same issue, doesn't matter what game. It also seems to be every kind of AA. When im playing the witcher and using the highest AA available in hairworks it looks like im using the lowest AA settigs. Also amd catalyst center doesn't change anything. I have been looking for solutions everywhere but people doesn't seem to understand that this is not how the games are supposed to look like. It also happened exactly after i plugged in my new AMD card.
